📋 Before applying: Admission from UKG onwards requires a written test and interview. Age criteria: LKG — 3 years 9 months; Grade I — 5 years 9 months, completed by 1st September. Only completed forms with all required documents will be processed.

Admission Overview
From UKG onwards, admission is by written test and interview. Children must meet the Ministry of Education age criteria. LKG: 3 yrs 9 months; Grade I: 5 yrs 9 months by 1 September.
Student removed from rolls if absent for 15 continuous days without permission, or if fees are not paid. Re-admission fee: SR 500, subject to school authority approval.
Parents must give 15 days advance notice for a Transfer Certificate (TC). Principal may require compulsory withdrawal if a student's conduct is detrimental to the school.
Fee Structure
All fees are in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Tuition fees include textbooks, notebooks & one set of uniform.

💳 Fee Payment Rules: Tuition fee is payable in 3 instalments. Each instalment must be paid on or before the 5th of that month.
• 1st Instalment: beginning of academic year
• 2nd Instalment: on or before 5th October 2025
• 3rd Instalment: on or before 5th January 2026
Transportation fee is payable for 10 months. Student will be removed from rolls if fees are not paid.

Dress Code
🧥 Winter Note: Plain gray blazer is mandatory during winter for all students. A gray cardigan may be worn inside the blazer when very cold. Gloves and caps (when worn) must blend with the uniform colour. No ornaments are allowed for girls, except studs. The school will not be responsible for loss of any ornaments or valuables.
School Transport
Transport is available throughout Wadi Al Dawasir. It is a convenience, not mandatory. All humanly possible care is taken to ensure student safety. The school will not be responsible for any unforeseen incidents.
Buses operate only on existing routes chalked out by the school. Students must be at the pick-up point on time. The bus fee is collected along with the tuition fee and is payable for 10 months.
